Then remove and remaining land cards and cards without \u003cem\u003eMagic\u003c\/em\u003e card backs. Shuffle the remaining cards together and deal 11 cards to each player.\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nEach player then looks at their cards and arranges them face down in a \u003cstrong\u003e4x3 grid\u003c\/strong\u003e opposite their opponent. The completed play area should be \u003cstrong\u003e4x6\u003c\/strong\u003e with no extra spaces. The first player to finish their grid goes first.\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cstrong\u003eLET'S PLAY:\u003c\/strong\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nPlayers take turns moving one of their cards one space either vertically or horizontally—not diagonally, and not onto a space occupied by another card they own.\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nYou can use your turn to move a card safely onto an empty space. Moving a card onto a space occupied by an opponent's card starts a \u003cstrong\u003ebattle\u003c\/strong\u003e! Reveal both cards and do the following for each card type:\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nIf both revealed cards are \u003cstrong\u003eCreatures\/Artifact Creatures\/Vehicles\u003c\/strong\u003e, the card with higher toughness wins and remains face up; the loser is discarded. If they tie, the attacker wins.\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cstrong\u003eLegendary Creatures\u003c\/strong\u003e always win against nonlegendary creatures. When legends battle each other, the one with the higher toughness wins. If they tie, the attacker wins.\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nIf either of the revealed cards is an \u003cstrong\u003eInstant\/Sorcery\/Enchantment\u003c\/strong\u003e, discard both revealed cards.
